Both can be enjoyed warm or cold.

For Defend, add one sachet to water (cold or warm- not boiling) and mix in a shaker, blender, or using a spoon until it turns bright orange.

For Focus, make as you would an intant coffee. Add water and/or your milk and sweetener of choice, and stir.
