Refunds Policy

We guarantee the quality of our products. If the products are deemed defective or faulty, you must notify us by writing- through the contact form or to within 14 days of receiving the order and provide significant evidence of the defective or faulty item. If we are notified within the stated time frame and deem the item defective or faulty without reasonable doubt, we will refund the full price of the faulty or defective items and arrange for the products to be returned to us for further inspection. We are not liable for any further claims of loss relating to the faulty or defective item or the cost of shipping.
