These Terms and Conditions are legally binding between you, the user, and Amphi Botanicals Limited (“we” “us” “our”), concerning your access and use of the website www.amphibotanicals.com and any other media site, including Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok, or any other media site that is registered or linked on this website.
We are registered in the United Kingdom at flat 4, 10 fortress road, NW5 2ES.
You agree that by accessing this site you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please discontinue use of this site if you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to make changes to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will alert you about any changes made by updating the “Last Updated” date on this page above the first section.

Unless otherwise stated, all forms of media (including images and videos), code, functionality, databases, website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, branding design, text (including blogs) are our proprietary property, and are owned or licensed or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The content on the website is provided for your personal use only. No part of the site and no content on the site may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our prior written consent and permission. Amphi Botanicals Limited may request for the content to be taken down or request a fee if no consent is given.
If you are eligible to use our site, you are granted the ability to download any portion of the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Our Products
Our products are not intended to treat, diagnose, or prevent any disease. Our products are not intended for children, or for use by pregnant or lactating women. No information provided on this website has been evaluated by the MHRA or any other regulatory agency. By purchasing these products you agree that you have read and understood the disclaimers present here and/or on the packaging and to use the products to your own discretion.
Due to the nature of the products, and the absence of any emulsifiers or preservatives, the products must be stored properly as stated on the packaging. By purchasing a product, you agree to the storage conditions and may not return a product if it is determined to be inaccurately stored.
We guarantee the quality of our products. If the products are deemed defective or faulty, you must notify us by writing- through the contact form or to hello@amphibotanicals.com- within 14 days of receiving the order. If we are notified within the stated time frame, we will refund the full price of the faulty or defective items and arrange for the products to be returned to us for further inspection. We are not liable for any further claims of loss relating to the faulty or defective item.
4. Shipping Policy
All orders are aimed to be despatched within 2 working days unless stated otherwise.
The products will be delivered to the address you have provided via a third part courier. If the address provided is incorrect, you may not be refunded for any lost items.
Our items are delivered by a Third Party delivery partner. Their Terms are applicable here. External events, such as adverse weather or strikes, may result in a late or canceled delivery. In these circumstances, we will aim to contact you or the Third Party delivery partner and arrange for a redelivery. Our liability in these circumstances are limited to the price of the items that are not delivered, and/or the cost of delivery.
Our deliveries may require a signature upon receipt, or you may instruct us to leave the item unavailable if no person is able to receive the items. If the items are instructed to be left unattended, Amphi Botanicals Limited is not liable for any events that may occur to the items when left unattended; this includes but is not limited to theft, contamination, tampering, or breakage of the items.
5. Purchases and Orders
Orders must be completed by the accepted credit or debit cards (listed on the site), we cannot accept any orders by cash or cheque.
Authority for payment will be requested from your card issuer at the time of your order. If authority for payment is refused by your bank, we reserve the right to terminate the order.
Unless otherwise stated, it is not possible for you to amend your order after it has been placed.
When placing an international order you may be subject to additional costs depending on the regulations of your country. These include import duties and tax, customs, and clearance fees.
6. Refunds
We guarantee the quality of our products. If the products are deemed defective or faulty, you must notify us by writing- through the contact form or to hello@amphibotanicals.com- within 14 days of receiving the order and provide significant evidence of the defective or faulty item. If we are notified within the stated time frame and deem the item defective or faulty without reasonable doubt, we will refund the full price of the faulty or defective items and arrange for the products to be returned to us for further inspection. We are not liable for any further claims of loss relating to the faulty or defective item or the cost of shipping.
7. Returns
Due to the nature of our nutritional supplements, no returns can be offered at this time.
8. Privacy
We care about your privacy and security. The personal information provided to us is used for placing and delivering orders, tracking analytics on our website or social media platform, or for the marketing activities of Amphi Botanicals Limited. We respect your privacy and we will not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to any third parties for their marketing purposes unless otherwise stated or agreed.

If you choose to register an account with us, you will be asked to create a password. Please store this password safely. You must immediately notify us if your password or account has been compromised.

We may provide you areas on the site to leave reviews or ratings, or we may email you asking for your feedback. When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria 1) You should have firsthand experience with the product. 2) Your review should not contain any offensive profanity or discriminatory behavior. 3) You should not be affiliated with competitors if posting a negative review. 4) You may not post any false or misleading claims.
All reviews posted on this site or on any media site are not the views of Amphi Botanicals Ltd, and must not be taken as fact.
