Our Values
What shapes our brand, now and forever.
Purpose Beyond Profit
Every decision considers its human and social impact first.
Balance
Promoting moderation between science and holistic wellness, and individual & collective wellbeing.
Honesty and Integrity
Choosing honesty and authenticity over hype.
Our Vision
To be the trusted source for accessible, science-backed holistic wellness, creating solutions that are good for people, communities, and the planet. We aim to transform wellness into a practice that is inclusive, traceable, and socially responsible, generating positive ripples for both local economies in the SWANA region and the global wellness landscape.
now
Starting small but loud
We currently run quarterly Sip & Support campaigns to fundraise for marginalised communities, join panels & podcasts to discuss collective wellness, and use our platform to educate & inform on the importance of activism in the wellness space, all while setting up the foundations for our future impact work.
Next
Laying the roots (2 years)
We’ll apply for a sponsorship license to begin building an impact pathway for skilled workers, while scaling Sip & Support campaigns and growing our network of Levantine and SWANA farmers and herbalists.
Then
Growing from the source (3-5 years)
We’ll begin sourcing key ingredients directly from smallholder farms in the SWANA region, prioritising regenerative agriculture, fair pay, and women-led cooperatives: creating a transparent, ethical supply chain rooted in our home region and other marginalised communities.
Future
Returning the skills home (5-8 years)
Our long-term goal is to launch an impact pathway that empowers skilled workers from Palestine, Syria, and Lebanon to join Amphi, gain experience, and eventually return home (should they wish) to lead or create new initiatives, fostering circular, sustainable impact.
Wellness is collective.
It's really important to look out for yourself. It's also equally as important to look out for the collective. We must resist the colonial urge to only consider ourselves- ESPECIALLY within the wellness industry- and continue to find ways to consider and give back to the world around us.
Amphi Botanical's social impact initiatives are heavily inspired by our founder's roots and heritage. Born to a Palestinian mother and Syrian father, and growing up in Lebanon, Yasmeen was brought up in an environment that valued the power of collective healing. Through revolutions, explosions, and war, people still came together as a collective and lent a helping hand whenever needed. Because ultimately, we are SO much stronger together than apart.
The importance of collective healing cannot be overlooked. Because of this, we launched several social impact initiatives, which you can read more about below.
Sip & Support
What It Is: A recurring initiative where 100% of profits (after platform costs) from sales on a specific day (24 hours) are donated to a selected cause supporting marginalised communities.
Frequency: Currently, we aim to run this initiative quarterly (four times a year), aligning with significant dates or moments of heightened need. As the business grows, we plan to increase the frequency to bi-monthly.
How We Ensure Transparency: Each campaign will clearly communicate where funds are directed, and we will provide follow-ups on the impact made. All updates are posted to our Instagram, under the highlight labeleled "Care".
Example Campaign: During one of our campaigns, Amphi Botanicals raised £102.38 for Sudan Solidarity Collective.
Nominate Someone
What It Is: A recurring initiative allowing people to nominate someone- aid workers, medical care workers, activists, or anyone supporting their community- to win a free wellness package from Amphi Botanicals. This ties into our belief that wellness is collective, by highlighting and supporting those who care for others, we’re reminding ourselves that community care is a vital part of feeling well. All you have to do to nominate someone is fill out the form below with details of the person you would like to nominate (it only takes a few seconds!). This person automatically enters a draw, and one individual will be selected every month.
Frequency: Currently, we plan to run this campaign once a month.
How We Ensure Transparency: The nominator will be contacted via the details filled out in the form, if their nominee is selected. Regular updates are posted on our Instagram, under the "Care" section of our highlights.
Looking Ahead: Future Initiatives
Right now, our impact is small but intentional. And as Amphi Botanicals grows, so will the ways we give back. Here’s what we’re working toward:
Sourcing from the homelands: One day, we hope to grow and source ingredients from Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine, partnering directly with small-scale farmers to support local economies and land stewardship.
Impact pathway: Our mission is to create an impact pathway for skilled workers in The Levant to work with Amphi Botanicals, develop certain skills, and take them back home should they wish to return.
Job opportunities in the UK: We aim to apply for a sponsorship license in the UK by 2027, so we can eventually offer meaningful roles to people from marginalised communities.
Scaling our Sip & Support campaigns: These campaigns will grow with us. The goal is to run them regularly and amplify causes that align with our values, supporting grassroots movements, mutual aid, and emergency response efforts.
Pay it forward: We’re currently building a feature that lets customers add a small donation at checkout, allowing us to support vital causes all year round.
Collaboration & events: We’re open to participating in events, educational panels, or campaigns alongside like-minded collectives and charities. We believe in conversation, collaboration, and shared action.
