We've all heard the buzz – the constant notifications, the endless scroll, the feeling of being tethered to our devices. Swap apps for other things: Replace mindless scrolling with a more mindful activity. Pick up a good book, go for a run, or make some art.

Unplugging

But what if complete disconnection feels daunting? That's where the concept of unplugging comes in. Unplugging is about being more mindful with our technology use. Go "grayscale": This might sound extreme, but switching your phone to grayscale can make it significantly less visually appealing, curbing the urge to mindlessly pick it up.
