Description

Single-serving sachets, in boxes of 10 or 30. Defend contains a mixture of orange, ginger, Reishi mushroom, vitamin c, and zinc to contribute to the normal function of your immune system. Should probably also maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle if you want to be truly healthy. These blends will not solve all your problems.

How to Use

Can be enjoyed both cold or warm (but not boiling- that can destroy the vitamin c content!)

For a cold beverage, it's best to use a milk frother, blender, or shaker to mix, until it turns bright orange.

Remember, our blend is free from synthetic additives, so it might need a little extra TLC to fully dissolve if mixing with a spoon.

Orange Juice Powder (44%), Lemon Juice Powder, Natural Orange Flavouring, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Ginger 23:1 Extract, Reishi Mushroom 15:1 Extract (30% Polysaccharides), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia), Natural Colour (Beta-Carotene), Zinc Bisglycinate.

Different ways to make Defend (swipe through)

Mix with 180-200 ml cold water, using frother. Optional: mix with sparkling water if you're feeling fancy.

Add powder to shaker, add 180ml-200ml, and shake vigorously.

Mix with warm (not boiling) water, and enjoy as a tea.

Add to smoothies, mix in blender.

Add 1 sachet, ice, and water in blender to make a slushy.

OR, simply mix with a spoon. This option takes time, but you'll eventually get there (just wait until the drink turns bright orange).
